The summer is quickly flying by and before it’s passes any further I would like to share my simple porch idea with you.
I think the first thing one has to get a few of if not lots and lots of planters!
I found these lovely large crocks and just added my flowers to them. Also are some great little white wood planter stands that can hold some cute items.
These little I Ecenechia Pow Wow cone flowers are some of my favorites. They will eventually find a spot in my garden.
I couldn’t help myself when I needed a watering can and came across this adorable enamel one at Target the other day. It make it into my shopping cart with NO hesitation…lol.
A few popsicle flowers are a perfect addition to a cottage garden. You can find them in large containers at many big box stores…and they where quite inexpensive for under $17 for this big of a plant!

Im excited because they will be fun to fill in the fall and winter.
I kept these little white container flowers in their pots just for easy watering. I usually will take them out and water them before I water anything else in the yard. Once I am all done I come back to them and return them to their metal planters. It works great for making sure they dont get any root rot.
