Easy Cinnamon Vanilla Bundt Cake

This Cinnamon Vanilla Cake is a family favorite!

This is my beautiful stepmoms recipe so I cannot take the credit for it. She so kind to have shared it with me years ago.

It’s oh so easy that anyone can make it, and doesn’t require tons of ingredients.

It’s fast, delicious and a crowd pleaser. Your guest will think you slaved for hours over it!

Enjoy it topped with fresh whip cream or ice cream…or just eat it with your hand…handfuls are the best! Lol.

Grandma Lizzie’s Cinnamon Bundt Cake

Ingredients

Cake:

1 boxed yellow cake mix

1 small package instant vanilla pudding

3 tablespoons all purpose flour

1 cup water

4 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 Cup margarine or butter

Topping:

1/4 cup granulated sugar

2 Tablespoons ground cinnamon

Using a mixer, mix all cake ingredients together for 10 minutes . A stand mixer comes in real handy at times like this!

Place in a well greased bundt pan.

Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture on top of batter.

Cut into mixture to marble.

Bake on center rack of oven 350°F for 40 minutes.

Cake is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool completely before removing it from pan.

NOTE* Cake will be very puffed up and fluffy when you pull it out of the oven. It will go down so…do not be alarmed!

Served topped with Whip Cream.

Enjoy!
