Who knows of these little Danish delights called Aebelskiver? I know so many people make them and each family has their own recipes for them. We use 3 Aeblskiver recipes in my family (mine, my Dads and now this one) so today I’m sharing one that just recently came across and let me tell ya, it’s a good one. It’s one from one of my favorite Sunday school teachers in Denmark. She passed away a few years ago, so this recipe is extra special to me.
