Easy Chicken Cassiotore

Chicken cacciatore is one of my families favorite recipes.

it’s one my mom used to make for us growing up and usually you’re able to have everything in your pantry as a go to so it’s very easy to put on the table.

Easy Chicken Cassiotore

Serves 6

1.5 lb fresh or frozen Chicken

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoon butter

2 teaspoon garlic powder

2 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried Organo

2 teaspoon basil

1 tsp better than bullion

French Grey Salt to taste

Fresh cracked pepper to taste

2 14 oz cans stewed tomatoes

2 cans water

Add your families favorite vegetables. I like to use these-

Two red bell peppers chopped

One small zucchini chopped

1 cup mushrooms sliced

1 cup frozen green beans

1 cup frozen sweet peas

Sea salt Fresh ground pepper to taste

Instructions:

Add butter and olive oil to medium sauce pan and sauté chicken seasoned chicken tenders with onion and garlic powder as well as S&P until golden brown on both sides.

Add all your vegetables and all the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil and turn down to low and let simmer for 45 minutes to an hour the longer time it simmers the better the flavors!

Serve all over your favorite mashed potatoes or pasta.

Enjoy!
